Onboarding
You’ve already hired your technician. We train them before they touch a patient, so new hires start competent and confident instead of learning on the job.

Recruitment
You have an opening, not a candidate. We recruit a technician and put them through our program, including a 120 hour externship in your pharmacy. You make your hiring decision at the end of the program.

About the program
