How we work with pharmacies, hospitals, and schools
Whether you’ve hired a technician, need a candidate for an opening, or run a training program, we have a model that fits.
01 Onboarding
You’ve already hired the technician.
Your new hire hasn’t set foot behind the counter yet. We put them through our standardized training program first, covering pharmacy workflow, data entry, production, medication safety, and patient interactions, so they start ready to contribute instead of learning entirely on the job. Onboarding can also be customized to your pharmacy’s specific workflow.
02 Recruitment
You have an opening, not a candidate.
We act as your recruiter. When you have an opening, we source the technician and put them through our standardized program. Part of that program is a 120 hour externship in your pharmacy, so you see how they handle your workflow and your team, and they get to see whether the role is right for them. Afterward they return to us to finish their remaining hours, and then you decide whether to hire. You get a candidate who has already practiced the job, not just interviewed for it.

03 Curriculum Licensing
You run a pharmacy technician program.
Schools and colleges can license the same standardized, hands-on curriculum we use in our own training. Your instructors teach it within your program, and your students train on the hospital and community skills pharmacies actually need from a new technician.

What technicians train on
Every technician who comes through our program trains across the core of the job, in both hospital and community settings.

Hospital & health-system skills
Sterile compounding, IV preparation, automation systems, medication safety, and inpatient pharmacy workflow.

Community pharmacy skills
Data entry, insurance and prior authorizations, dispensing, production, and patient interaction.
Why this approach
Our program is a PTCB-Recognized Education/Training Program. Every program runs on the same standardized, hands-on curriculum, so training doesn’t depend on which teammate happened to train a given technician that week. That consistency reduces onboarding time, supports patient safety, and lowers the burden on your existing staff.
